Character can perform alchemical experimentation.

You are able to craft potions using various components.

This ability allows the character to perform alchemical experimentation. These experimentations can only be made inside Pharmacies and Faction Strongholds. When the required components are provided in the correct amounts, the character's efforts will produce between 3-6 potions. The character need not know beforehand how to create a specific potion: alchemical recipes may be found or discovered. However, caution is warranted: incorrect components can sometimes lead to unforeseen, negative consequences.

By collecting various Alchemical Ingredients and combining them in the correct amounts, the character can create a specific potion. The actual ingredients required depend upon the potion itself: some potions are exceedingly simple while others are extremely complex. Alchemical ingredients can be found in various locations.

Each Potion type has a specific Alchemical Recipe associated with it. Alchemical recipes are often found in fragments - few recipes will list out the entire ingredient list for a potion. The recipe is always the same, so characters who know a recipe can share them with other characters. However, a potions recipe need not be known to perform alchemical experimentation: trial and error can be used to learn as well.

This method, however, can be fraught with negative consequences: it is possible for a bad mixture to yield a poison that appears as a potion. Additionally, sometimes the mixtures are unstable and will explode...
