You are capable of transforming into a cloud of electrical energy.

When in electrical form, the character has a +20% bonus to attack with ranged spells. The character will be immune to electrical damage of any kind. This ability grants the character two new special attacks: a ranged lightning bolt attack (1AP, 1MP, 10 damage electrical, uses throwing weapons tree) and an area-of-effect static burst attack (1AP, 10MP, 30 Per Damage, 200 Max Damage, 70% attack, Electrical).

When Cloak of Lightning is activated, you will be immune to electrical attacks such as spells Thunder Bolt and Static Rumble, as well as any other attack that deals electrical damage. As with Cloak of Air, you will also be immune to non-magical weapons (including the Pariah's Blood Claws, the Infernal Behemoth's Tailwhip, but not any enhanced attack that is magical in nature, such as Hellfire. Further, you are unable to attack using weapons other than those granted by the cloak. You can, however, cast spells (and be affected by them) and use gates and portals. This is a toggle power, but consumes Magic Points for every action you perform while it is active.

This power grants a lesser form of Flight. When active, the character will spend 1 Magic Point and 1 Action Point per 2 spaces of movement. The character may freely pass over water, lava, and void squares. The character may pass over Barricades as well, but not Wards that may affect him or her. If the character runs out of Magic Points, he or she automatically lands.

This power grants the character the ability to "seep" through the cracks in any building, bypassing any doors or locks placed there. Magical wards that affect the character will prevent entry, however.

Note that while characters are using this power they are unable to speak.
