This spell will erect a major protection ward. Mortal and 'Tier 2' characters of neutral alignment will not be able to enter the location while the spell is active. 'Tier 3' characters of neutral alignment will be able to enter the location at a cost of 4 AP. This spell lasts for a long period of time.

This spell is considered a Location Buff Spell.
