Hand to hand attacks are where the body itself is made into a weapon. One of the benefits to mastering hand to hand combat is that it frees you from depending on weapon maintenance and regular searching for ammunition. However, the downside to hand to hand attacks is that they are initially not as powerful as most mundane weapons and they cannot be enchanted.
Your to-hit chance with these attacks can be improved by buying Hand to Hand Combat, Martial Arts, and Advanced Martial Arts or casting the spell Tiger Claw. Hand to hand attacks are resisted by combat defense, such as that granted by Dodge and Martial Arts.

This skill grants the Wyrm Master class an innate and powerful acid attack. This attack does, however, cost MP to use.

[edit] Blood Claws
This skill grants the Pariah a permanent, inherent Pariah claw attack. Blood claws can be used to self heal while dealing damage by purchasing Blood Taste. The skill Corrode Claw will raise the ability of Blood Claws to cause combat damage to non-innate armor. It will also increase Blood Claws' ability to deal damage to wards, doors and barricades substantially.

This skill grants a Dark Oppressor, Infernal Behemoth, or Wyrm Master, a permanent, inherent gore attack. There is a slight chance that the attack will inflict Minor Poison.
Caustic Horns are magical in nature and are not affected by special defensive forms such as Wisp Form or Cloak of Air.

This Lich ability grants you an innate touch attack that deals a significant amount of Death damage.

This is an inherent Hand to hand attack. The damage of your fist attack can be increased by 2 by buying Boxing and increased by 1 by equipping Brass Knuckles (the bonuses stack).
Base Accuracy: 10%

This skill grants Void Walkers an innate electrical attack that deals impressive damage. It does , however, cost Magic Points to use.

This is an inherent Hand to hand attack. The Eternal Soldier skill The Way of the Whirlwind will increase kick damage by 3 points.
Base Accuracy: 10%
Damage: 3 (Bludgeon)

This Revenant skill is an innate Bite attack that does piercing damage. A successful hit will heal the Revenant 5 HP.
Revenant's Kiss is magical in nature and is not affected by special defensive forms such as Wisp Form or Cloak of Air.

Damage: 4 (Piercing)

Perfect for wise guys anywhere.
While not technically an attack, Brass Knuckles are an item which increase the damage dealt by Fists by +1. The damage does not stack with any Hand to hand attack other than Fists (so Blood Claws and other such attacks are not enhanced).

This Infernal Behemoth skill is an innate attack that does slashing damage.
Damage: 9 (Slashing)
[edit] Wolf Bite
This is an innate attack that does piercing damage. It is only available to Revenants when they have activated the skill Shadow of the Wolf. It is a more powerful attack than Revenant's Kiss but will take advantage of that skill's ability to rejuvenate the character's health.
The wolf bite is magical in nature and is not affected by special defensive forms such as Wisp Form or Cloak of Air.
