Hashaa
From NexusWiki
Hashaa is the common name for one of the Elder Powers. She is the personification of death, decay, and entropy. She is aligned with neutrality.
Hashaa has many depictions, though most of them involve skull and death imagery. Hashaa is the patron of Liches and Revenants, though many serve her out of fear rather than desire.
Hashaa is one of the few non-evil Elder Powers to have directly involved herself in the affairs of the Nexus by destroying Haldos.

[edit] Trappings
[edit] Language
The language of the cult of Hashaa is named Hasheen. It is a language of sounds that resembles hissing and breathing, the sounds of life - perhaps intended as an ironic twist upon the portfolio of the deity.
Linguistically, it is notable that fluency within the tongue does not require that the speaker have either teeth or vocal chords.
[edit] Symbol
Hashaa's symbol is a stylized version of the icon that represents the passage of time (Isha-Haifaahn) within the language of Hasheen. It represents how death comes to all given sufficient time. It is often found inscribed upon older tombs and graves found inside of Purgatorio and is one of the few constellations within that plane.
[edit] Shrine
Hashaa's shrine is at 66, 70 Nifleheim.
[edit] Gifts
The "power" gifts granted by Hashaa to her cult members are:
- Mother's Soil - Portals to and from Nifleheim require no Action Points, Magic Points, or Hit Points to use.
- Silent Return - Reduces the cultist's Respawn cost by 5 AP.
- Reconstruction - Cultist may respawn at the point of their death for an additional 5 AP. Does not apply to Water, Void, Sky. Does not respawn indoors.
