You are capable of binding locations to your faction. Binding a location will increase your overall power. The more locations you bind, the stronger your faction becomes.
This ability allows you to infuse a location with Magic Points. The more Magic Points spent, the stronger the binding; however, a location that is bound at +10 grants no more power than a location bound at +1. The more Magic Points spent binding a location, the harder it will be for an opposing faction to bind the location to them. You may only infuse 1 Magic Point at a time. Infuse is not needed as a prerequisite for the Wizard skill Greater Infusion.
Note: You cannot infuse indoors.

The Shepherd threw another rock, missing the can by a mile. The Defiler scored a direct hit, and sent another wave of untouchable hellfire through the land. "Twice. Winning streak!"
The Sorcerer looked from Defiler to Shepherd. "Is this... all you do? Shouldn't you be killing each other?"
"Inept."
"Lazy."
"Land is power for the faction."
“Which translates into power for us, so we may-”
"Smite the demons."
"Crush the angels."
"...Well, there's a demon. There's an angel. Smite, crush'n'that."
"I am busy securing territory for the faction."
The Sorcerer sighed, resigned. The can tipped. "I claim this ground for the transcendants!"
"Calm down."
"It's not like we're killing something."
