The International Contract Agency (ICA) is a neutral and open group that specializes in combat for other people. Need a mobile fighting force eager to kill for your ideals? A person who you hate eliminated (repeatedly, if necessary)? Meatshields to keep your area clear? Consider hiring the ICA.

The ICA is a group of unbiased individuals who will accept any job and will complete it to the very best of their ability. It distinguishes itself from other so-called "unaligned factions" through its goals and its attitude. It does not strive to keep the "balance" or engage in meaningless turf wars over scraps of land. It does not involve itself in factional politics. The ICA fights for the ICA--and by extension, you.
You can rest assured that in hiring the ICA you are hiring the best available. They ask no questions and will assist a contractor for the duration of the contract. Even after the contract expires, clients enjoy certain rights as customers. If a client wishes their identity kept a secret, the ICA will never reveal it to anyone. ICA can accept contracts from anyone, for any reason. Good, evil, or somewhere in-between--it matters not. In fact, though fighting for acclaim and financial reimbursement may seem to be "selfish" or even "evil," angelic factions can benefit from the ICA's actions as much as the demonic.
[edit] Issuing Contracts
Anyone may issue contracts anonymously, via the Agency's forums: http://z7.invisionfree.com/ICA/ For simple bounty missions, posting once is all it takes. For longer, more extended contracts, you may register at the forum under a true or assumed name and use the Private Message system to coordinate as needed. The more information you provide (sleeping location, hours of activity, etc etc), the faster we will be able to carry out the contract.
Currently, the ICA does not strictly require an exchange for its bounty-hunting services, however extended contracts require a negotiable fee for the amount of effort that is put into them. (suggestions recommended when placing the contract) And of course, while the ICA values all of its customers equally, having the tools of the trade (such as weapons, armor and ammo) greatly assists in the fulfilling of contracts.

Anyone may participate in the Agency by fulfilling issued contracts. The membership in the ICA itself is open to anyone, and we encourage those that would like to participate in the ICA's activities to join.
Attention! The ICA is currently recruiting new members to expand its capabilities. We are looking for competant fighters, though we also encourage those with bonus skills--such as healing, or item crafting--to bolster our forces. If you're looking for a way out of a meaningless cycle of killing and dying, sick of ideals and petty grudges, look no further. Fight for yourself, alongside us.
