Little Tease is the smaller of two islands to the extreme South West of Saint Germaine Archipelago. It is uninhabited, undeveloped, and primarily marshland.

The island takes its name from an old legend saying that sailors approaching from South America would first glimpse the island and claim "land ho," assuming that they were seeing Maquez Island, only to be disappointed by the fact that Little Tease was, well, little.
