You are capable of entering a state of healing meditation.
This ability allows you to heal yourself without the use of a First Aid Kit, spell, or other external agency. It requires a minimal amount of Magic Points to use.
In addition to healing Hit Point damage, this ability also cures various status ailments, including the Defiler's Poison.
Focus. Remember the training.
There is no such thing as pain.
Send the mind inward. Find the source.
Pain is only an illusion.
Find the break. Push here, twist there.
It is crafted by the Body to enslave the Mind.
Flex this muscle and hold. Set the bone. Clamp the bleeding.
