Your understanding of the Nexus has given you greater insight to how magic works, enabling you to be more efficient with your spells.
This skill applies a permanent, innate 25% reduction in the number of Magic Points required to cast spells (or any other activity that requires the use of Magic Points). There will always be a minimum number of 1 Magic Point, however. The ability works at the deepest, most fundamental level of the Wizard's abilities: every Magic Point expense is subject to this reduction (including such small things as creating and revoking Faction Strongholds).
The math routine that performs this calculation rounds up, always. This may produce numerical results that seem inconsistent (for example, 75% of 10 is 7.5, but that will be rounded up to 8).
