Northcamp Slasher
From NexusWiki
The Northcamp Slasher is the nickname applied to a serial killer who claimed 12 victims during the summer of 1983 in the neighborhood of Northcamp. The victims were commonly students living on-campus at Northcamp University.
The presence of the Northcamp Slasher paralyzed the population of the Principality and the inability of the local police force to capture the killer led directly to the resignation of Miguel Trevino, the then-police commissioner.
There exist a large number of conspiracy theories about who was the Northcamp Slasher, the most popular being that he was the eldest son of the King Regent.
A news article states:
- The notorious "Northcamp Slasher" claimed another victim on the campus of Northcamp University yesterday, according to St. Germaine police. This makes the fifth murder in as many weeks that has been attributed to the serial killer.
- Police reports indicate that the style of the killing is consistent with that of the four previous murders in that area. The victim, whose name has been withheld pending notification of family, is said to have been a young woman between 19 and 20 years of age, blonde, and involved in an athletics program.
- University officials announced that they were suspending all operations at the school until such time as the case had become "more resolved" and they felt that they could adequately protect the student-body.
- Police officials indicated that they had few leads to go on, saying that the serial killer was still at large and that citizens of Saint Germaine should lock their doors at night and report any suspicious activity immediately by dialing 9-1-1 on any phone.
