Poco Maquez is a medium-sized island directly to the East of the larger Maquez Island. It is a populated island, and serves as an ancillary center to the neighborhood of Maquez.

Poco Maquez contains the following infrastructure:
- Poco Station, a Fire Station (43, 67)
- Poco Precint, a Police Station (43, 70)
- Maquez Power, a Power Plant (41, 71)
- D'rose Memorial Psychiatric Hospital, a Hospital (46, 69 & 46, 70)

Poco Maquez remains the unquestioned domain of Magi Anonymous. No serious effort has ever been made to remove them.
The NRA Nutjobs have replaced The Literati, placing Poco Maquez even more firmly in the hands of angels.

While Magi Anonymous as a faction is rather passive, its members who patrol Poco Maquez are not. The same can be said of the Magi's allies in Unseen University and NRA Nutjobs. Unless one is a member of that coalition, Poco Maquez is a very dangerous place to be. Travelers are advised to leave as quickly as they can.
