The Second Democratic Uprising of 1963 was a revolution that occurred in the Saint Germaine Principality in response to Michael I's tyrannical and corrupt rule. Revolutionaries were able to swiftly overrun the unprepared government, and depose Michael I, replacing him with a parliamentary institution. Due to this revolution, a democracy was instated in place of the preceding monarchy.
