Serial Killers are required to follow these simple Guidelines:
- Murder the Innocent(good alignment)
- Gut the Unsuspecting
- Harass the Police
- Leave a calling card (example:Trade them a Bottle of Booze Before you kill them)
- Be Brutal
- Don't attack our allies
- Viscerate our Enemies

- Tonight the serial killers Struck.Majin Vegeta and Myself began Attacking and bringing DubyaDick to near death.As he struggled to stay alive and in a strange twist of fate barny,Another random from the Oblivion Squadron,Walked into the House and mowed DubyaDick down with his Sub-Machinegun.Pleased with the Random killing but more-so Angered by barny's Claiming our Victim First,We turned our attention to him.As we did barny said, "well he deserved it, he wanted to dubya dick his property, dont kill me, your all near tier 2 and you can symoathise, as i am the re-encarnate of the dead pope!" Mask of the Phantasm, a mere level 1 and feeling no sympathy, cut the Level 15 Myrmidon down to small bits with his scimitar in a matter of seconds.

- Only a day after his Decimation of barney Mask of the Phantasm was Viciously attacked..A call was sent out to all Serial Killers and HALPURR Acted almost immediatly.Chopping whatever her name was to bits.Its great to see an Active group that works together.
