Somnulus is the large, open area that lies between the River Alph and the Forest of Eternity in Paradise. The Forest is to its south, the River, which is in Araboth, to its north, and to the East lie Shehaqim and Xanadu.

Much like Shehaqim, Somnulus is entirely devoid of interesting geographical features. There is one ruin amongst these wide Idyllic Grasslands, lying near the riverbank in the west end of the enclave.

Somnulus is the single most remote enclave in Paradise. The river makes travel from Araboth difficult for those who cannot fly, and most who climb down the Beanstalk in the Forest of Eternity are bound for the Ivory Towers or Xanadu. This inaccessibility also makes it ideal grounds for Infusion, however.
