You are capable to transforming into an icy, frozen aspect capable of dealing great amounts of cold damage.

This ability transforms the character into solid ice. The character is immune to Cold damage when in this form.

Anyone attempting to attack the character using melee or hand-to-hand attacks while in this form will suffer a great deal of cold damage. This damage increases every two levels that the Divine Champion obtains. The initial damage inflicted at level 20 is 4 points. Hoarfrost will deal an additional point of damage every other level after 20. Thus, a Divine Champion with this power who is level 26 will deal 7 points of damage to foes who attack him.

The character is unable to use his or her other items or inventory, but can utilize a great many cold-based powers. He is granted a powerful Frostblade that utilizes his or her sword ability, and a ranged attack, Ice Shards.

This ability grants the character an Area-of-Effect attack, Soul Chill, that saps Magic Points from affected targets. It is a 20 per-damage, 100 max damage effect, and costs 10 Action Points and 15 Magic Points per use.

This is a toggle power, and consumes 3 Magic Points every fifteen minutes.
