You are able to draw out the magical energies of your enemies and store it away for later consumption.

This skill allows the Dark Oppressor to suck the magic from his foe. Upon a successful hit, the target will suffer Hit Point damage and the magic of the power will transform the blood lost into a Soul Ice power gem, which can later be used by the Dark Oppressor to recover lost Magic Points. This is a touch attack, which will not give any experience points.
