St. Germaine Estate

The St. Germaine Estate is the largest residence located in the Saint Germaine Archipelago - large enough to be considered a neighborhood in its own right (it even has its own private airfield). During the reign of the St. Germaine Family, the mansion was the home of the King-Regent, his family, and staff. Since its razing in the Second Democratic Uprising, the mansion has been completely rebuilt and now serves as the residence and primary office of the Prime Minister.

The St. Germaine Estate is located on the Western edge of Maquez Island.

Due to the lack of suitable stonghold location, the Estate has been, and for the immediate future will be, free of factional conflict. An occassional, non-combat infusion mission is the largest operation a faction will launch in this area.

[edit] Travellers' Tips

While few rarely venture from developed areas across the vast empty fields of Maquez Island, an occassional maurading demon or angel will show up to attack unsuspecting travellers. Non-aggressive explorers and badge-hunters are the more common sight here. However, some of the factions located in the town on the far end of Maquez Island, most notably and usually exclusively the The High Knights of Liberation, will occassionaly send a patrol to the area, but these patrols are quite rare and infrequent.
