You are able to perform surgeries to heal a great amount of damage. You can heal extra damage without a first aid kit.
This skill allows the character to heal 15 Hit Points to another character without consuming a First Aid Kit if they have a Surgeon's Kit. When using a first aid kit or bone leech, it will heal a total of 20 points of damage, or 25 point of damage if you are in a hospital or stronghold with a Medical Bay upgrade.
For 10 AP, the player may create one Surgeon's Kit when inside a Hospital.
This skill also reduces the cost of creating a First Aid Kit from 7 to 5 AP.
In addition to healing Hit Point damage, this ability also cures various status ailments, including the Defiler's Poison.
This is a Mortal skill.
Note: You must have a Surgeon's Kit in your inventory to perform the Surgery action.
Note: You cannot perform surgery on yourself.
A twenty-something female dragged in three hours ago. Stable, but she had several bullets in her at the moment that needed to come out. It was dark in the hospital, conditions were nothing like they should have been but the Doc set her bag down in the candle-lit room and got to work.
Grabbing the IV she pushed what she estimated would be an adequate amount of painkiller and set out her tools. She examined the girl's wounds. Four in the leg and arm, three in the chest. She was unconscious, had been since she came in. That was good, the Doc hated screamers. She removed the four from the extremeties easily. The last three would be a chore. After two hours she had dug out two. The last, she decided to leave in. A candle-lit, burned out hospital room was no place for open surgery. She packed up her things as the lights in the room flickered on...
She sighed and set her bag back down. It was going to be a long night...
