1. What's the base % to hit?

  • Not sure about 1 (10% maybe?), but i would imagine it to be a H2H attack --WiredDeath 17:59, 9 August 2006 (CDT)

1. The base % to hit for everything is 10%, that takes into consideration that all degradable weaponry is of average quality, of course.

2. Caustic Horns are Hand-to-hand. They are, after all, a part of the body of the classes that use them. --Kibbs 20:19, 9 August 2006 (CDT)
