What the attack rating of Fire Rain? - August 2006

I have been hit by 15 point Fire Rain - Kalkkis

No soak to fire. And comparing this to burning aura isn't approriate. Burning aura has only one function for 30 CP. This has 4. AOE, Melee-attack, thrown attack and burning aura.--Prague 05:33, 28 August 2006 (CDT)
