Greetings Communist Traitor Regime! Please disregard the message you have just read by citizen Scalene. He did not properly complete his authorization paperwork. Instead of filling out form #3a44q.17, (Authorization to strike an alliance with enemy factions for the purpose of assimilation and deletion), he used form 3a44g.17 (Authorization to strike an alliance with enemy factions for the purpose of obtaining trade agreements for reprocessed cheese substitute). Due to this act of gross negligence, citizen Scalene has been demoted and reassigned to Clone Recycling duty for the remainder of the week.
