The MP discount occurs at the deepest, most fundamental level possible. So it affects any and every magic point expenditure. Whether or not the discount is enough to be visible is a differnt matter (e.g., if the activity costs 4 MP, you're not going to see the discount).--Jorm 17:51, 30 June 2006 (CDT)
