Is there a page for how to work it and such? Do you choose a square to fire it at. If so, how much damage does it do etc?--Dalmund 14:56, 27 May 2008 (CDT)

It hits a square at random cutting the power to the building, it does not damage anybody in the location. To activate it you click a button in the basic actions tab (can't remember what it is called exactly but it is something along the lines of "fiddle with apparatus") and costs 3ap per use--Corky 15:32, 27 May (CDT)
