Talk:Salt the Earth
From NexusWiki
Does Salt the Earth's indoor infusing add to the outside infusing total for a tile? Or, does it create a new, indoor infused area? In the former case, no problem. In the latter case, this could cause problems since no one would have any way to counter- infuse inside locations, and they'd have to wait days for the infusions to wear off. --Liche 02:23, 6 May 2006 (CDT)
- There is only one infusion per location, so it operates on the same thing. The reason this works indoors is because a huge percentage of combat occurs inside, and to not include inside in the infusion set makes it kind of useless. The reason why everyone else has to go *outside* is so that they can't safely sit in a fortress and infuse it all day long.--Jorm 03:12, 6 May 2006 (CDT)
I'd like to make my compliments to Toben for the idea.--Denzel 12:12, 6 May 2006 (CDT)
Im going to add the fact that you can't infuse indoors onto the infuse page then.--WiredDeath 13:46, 12 June 2006 (CDT)
This doesn't get around the "no infusing while faction members are present" rule does it? --Grugg 12:33, 13 July 2007 (CDT)
[edit] Alternative flavour story
What do you think?
The Defiler looked on as her victim's blood pooled at her feet. Acting quickly, she drew an eldritch symbol upon the soaked ground. A faint smile of satisfaction played over her features as the blood was drawn into the earth, a payment to the Dark Lords. Looking about her, she saw that her payment had been well recieved. This building now belonged to her masters.
There's a method on the forum for changing flavour texts for pages... Lando James 11:48, 8 March 2007 (CST)
[edit] Other kill methods
Can anyone give me a definitive list of what this works with? I know targetted attacks and AoE work, but what about poison, Agony Curse and pets? Lando James 11:50, 8 March 2007 (CST)
