Does this bonus apply to hand-to-hand attacks, or only melee combat?

It applies to any attack of any kind, save magical spells. Guns, HtH, Melee, bows. It's a little misleading with the "any weapon" part, especially since "any weapon" does not include fists when used in the Weapon Mastery skill, but when used for Strong, Elite, and Infinite attack, it essentially means "just not for cast spells". -Sauth 03:24, 7 May 2006 (CDT)
