I think the wording here is a little ambiguous. The main article indicates that you regen 2HP every tick *total*, while on the right the description seems to indicate that one regens 2HP as a bonus. So is total HP regen 3HP/tick for a NC with Tattoo of Blood, or 2HP? Macabre 12:44, 21 September 2006 (CDT)

You don't normally regenerate ANY HP at a Tick, only an MP and an AP. Lando James 11:02, 3 January 2008 (CST)
