Sorry Grippy, I think that as soon as some of our people noticed that no crates had been set out, they went into a frenzy. We'll remove you from our hostile list if you want though. Greetings, Phoenixes. I'm one of the leaders of the Wang Collectors, and I noticed you've set up shop near our stronghold. Welcome to the area! It's a nice place: plenty of resource buildings, easy to get to, and, I hope, home to friendly neighbours. The Wang Collectors are a good-aligned faction with a stated policy of not attacking anyone of good or neutral alignment, and we'd be interested in a casual non-aggression pact with you. Basically, you don't attack our stronghold, and we don't attack yours. If you see any of us on the street, you're welcome to kill us; if we see any of your members with evil morality on the street, we'll kill them (though we'll leave the goods and neutrals alone, because we're nice like that). We'll both be able to get exp from each other, but we won't have to worry about constantly watching our backs.
