So do the pets under your control get you exp from their attacks?--Silver Wolf 13:56, 27 January 2008 (CST)

Yup, they are now your pet. And they are treated as yours in all aspects of XP and stat gain. --Teksura 17:23, 27 January 2008 (CST)
Erm, to clarify the stat gain bit: You do not gain stats for killing your own stolen pets, and, the pets follow your level. In other words, if you're level 20, and, a maxed character kills your pet, they do not gain stats for killing it because they are not within 9 levels of you. Although, the point may be somewhat moot. I doubt anyone at level 20 has this skill. --Teksura 17:26, 27 January 2008 (CST)

Thanks!--Silver Wolf 19:38, 27 January 2008 (CST)

Do the pets still count against the original pet master's total of that type of pet? What about other limitations, like those of the Elementalist? Is the DO restricted by any pet type's limitations? For exapmle, say a DO and an Elementalist are in a room together. For some reason, the Elem has both the Earth and Air servitor skills. She summons an Rocky Servitor, and then the DO steals it. Can the Elementalist summon another Rocky Servitor? If she can, can the DO steal the second one, too? Can she summon an Aerial Servitor, despite there being an earth-type pet active? Can the DO steal it, despite controlling an earth-type pet? --Craer 12:50, 12 March 2008 (CDT)

A DO with this skill can only steal one pet at a time, so no, he would not be able to steal the second Rocky Servitor while still controlling the first, just as he wouldn't be able to steal a Judgemaster while still controlling a Rocky Servitor. Elementalist pet restrictions only apply to pets under the control of the Elementalist. An Elem is just as capable of summoning an Aerial Servitor while a DO in the room controls a Rocky Servitor as he would be if there was another Elementalist in the room who controlled a Rocky Servitor. --Xyzzy 14:24, 14 March 2008 (CDT)
