You are capable of pulling magic from locations that are bound to your faction.
This ability allows you to drain a number of Magic Points from a location that is bound to your faction. These Magic Points are then added to your own personal pool. The location's binding is weakened by an amount greater than the amount absorbed, however. Learning this skill requires you to have learned infuse.
The skill drains 7 MP from the infused location and grants 5 MP to the character. If the location has less than 7 points, the number of points granted to the character will be equal to the number of points in the location minus 2. The location must have a minimum of 4 Magic Points in it to be used as a target for Tap Ley Line.
Note that this skill permits a character's Magic Point total to rise above their "normal" maximum Magic Point total. The Magic Points banked with this skill are not lost upon death.
When this skill is used, all members of the sorcerer's faction receive notice of who used it and where.
To use this ability, you must have at least 1 MP already.

The Sorcerer was the last man left in the citadel. His entire faction wiped out, he was surrounded by no less than 15 raiders. "Surrender, or face the same fate as your allies!"
Making no reply, the Sorcerer began to concentrate. He knelt down, and pressed his palm to the cool stone floor. His mind reached deep down, into the ground where his faction had assiduously infused so much power. He gathered as much of the energy as he could hold, and then gathered more. At the moment when he thought the power would consume him, there was a brief pause. Then he looked at the attackers and said, "No."
Wave after wave of unbearable fire and pain washed over the attackers. The survivors fled, gasping for their lives, not comprehending how one young man had unleashed such power.
