Recently Tetragrammaton has returned to St. Germaine in hopes of continuing it's great work.

"Humans, as creatures of the Earth were drawn inherently always back to one thing --war. And thus we seek to correct not the symptom but the disease itself. We have sought to shrug off individuality, replacing it with conformity. Replacing it... with sameness... with unity, allowing each man, woman, and child in this great society to lead identical lives." -Father
War, the most horrific thing in existence. War tears apart families, and brings nothing but death. Humanity has lived in the shadow of war for too long. Father however, has an answer. He has come up with a way to end the suffering. Through the miracle drug Prozium, we have eliminated emotions, the things that lead to pain. People at last have a method to live together in peace and harmony without the fear of crimes.
"Prozium -- the great nepenthe. Opiate of our masses. Glue of our great society. Salve and salvation, it has delivered us from pathos, from sorrow, the deepest chasms of melancholy and hate. With it, we anesthetize grief, annihilate jealousy, obliterate rage. That those sister impulses towards joy, love, and elation are anesthetized in stride, we accept as fair sacrifice. For we embrace Prozium in its unifying fullness and all that it has done to make us great." -Father
Without hate, there is no murder. Without jealousy, there is no theft. The elimination of emotions has lead to the elimination of all such crimes. Father has created a utopia, a world of unity.
However, there is a problem with Father's dream. They are the sense offenders. People guilty of feeling emotions. People who will not take Prozium and join our utopia. Sense offenders continue to go about their lives, hating and hurting their fellow man. It is up to the clerics to stop them. By killing those do not see Father's vision and destroying EC-10 (Emotional Content-Level 10) materials; the clerics will help bring the world to order. However, until the number of those willing to follow Father has become larger, only the people who are the biggest contributors to sense crime will be actively hunted. That does not absolve the rest of the Sense offenders though. In due time they will see the light of Father's will or they will be terminated.
Once everyone joins Tetragrammaton in following Father's vision of peace by creating the emotionless city of Libria, then we will have a world that is truly great.
