The Ivory Mark

From the forests of Paradise, an ancient guild of archers emerges to make their mark on the Nexus
We are a casual faction designed as a home for all noble archers, rangers and bowyers. Archery is often looked down upon in the Nexus, and we intend to change that. We combat Evil wherever we find it, and play our part in bringing victory to the forces of Good.
Applications are welcomed.

- Attacking someone of Good or Neutral alignment is not allowed - exceptions are:
- in a cases of self defence (if you are hit more than once)
- avenging a faction mate, or a character of Good alignment
- if the target is in a faction defined as Enemy (black or red name), or an Evil aligned faction
- If you don't yet have Sense Morality, you are allowed to take one swing at a character to see if they are evil - your morality will go down on a successful hit if they aren't evil (if you are Good, your morality will go down even if you miss)
- Members must not descend to Evil by any means - neutrality is allowed but should never be used as a "free murdering innocents" quota
- Members must learn either proficiency with a bow, or the methods of their crafting
[edit] Other
- Recruiting is encouraged - if you see a mortal fumbling with a bow, invite them to join us and learn our ways
- Members are encouraged to mark areas they inhabit with An Ivory Mark or similar, using chalk/magic markers. Let the evil-doers know we are watching!
