This skill grants the Eternal Soldier an innate +5% attack bonus to all hand-to-hand attacks. Additionally, the character will gain access to two new attack forms: a Soft Strike, which deals an additional +3 points of damage above his or her normal fist damage at a +5% to hit, and a Cobra Strike, which deals an additional +5 points of damage above his or her normal fist damage at a -5% to-hit penalty.

Neither of these attacks require the expenditure of additional Action Points or Magic Points.
