Tholaghru or Tholaghru the Gnasher is the common name given to one of the Elder Powers. Tholaghru is the personification of chaos and disorder - a mad god-being writhing in eternal pain. It is said that the whole of Stygia rests upon his gnarled and festering back.
Tholaghru has no direct disciples, though many Void Walkers kill in his name. Despite this, Tholaghru is the source for many powers within the demonic portfolio, though he is perhaps unaware of this fact. He is the source of all mutation.

The cult language of Tholaghru is a rapidly spoken, gutteral tongue known by outsiders as Yovendish. It is filled with odd inflections and is difficult to master, as syllabic emphasis on any particular word changes within context.
There is no known written or iconographic language employed by the cult, which makes learning Yovendish extremely difficult. Cult texts are typically written in Ohrmurrah for this reason.

The symbol of Tholaghru is a simple, scrawled semi-spiral that represents increased entropy and disassociation from a central stability.

The gifts granted by Tholaghru to his cult members are:
- Crumbling Aura - Melee weapons targeted against the cultist have an increased chance of suffering degrade.
- Chaos Cloak - Toggle Power. Cultist receives a randomly mutating damage immunity while under the effects. Immunity changes every minute. Costs 2 AP, 10 HP, 10 MP to activate; 2 MP/Minute thereafter.
- Spell Reflection - Offensive spells targeted against the cultist have a chance to reflect back to the caster.
- Chaos Consumption - Touch Attack. Cultist may drain 1/2 of the current Magic Points from a target pet (pet may resist) and add it to their own MP. Costs 2 AP, 10 HP.
