I finally got tired of missing redirects and started adding them to DC pages. When I search for something, I always use lowercase, which to me means "case doesn't matter." If something needs to be capitalized in the search, I'll capitalize it.

Unfortunately, meta-wiki doesn't agree with me, and it's picky about capitalization. When I search for "cloak of tornado" it returns the "can't find it" page to me. The first entry in the search results is of course Cloak of Tornado, but damnit that's annoying.

So I'm curious: Is the capitalization annoyance a meta-wiki setting that can be changed globally? Or should I make redirects for all the multi-word pages to account for capitalization? Making that many redirects would substantially increase the pagespace (by my estimate around 50-60%). Is it worth it?
