Your understanding of the arts of combat is such that simply by being within your presence your allies are able to utilize some of your knowledge.
Members of your same faction that are in the same square as you are granted an additional bonus to their attack rolls as long as you are present. This is always active.
This bonus does not apply to yourself, and does not stack with other Eternal Soldiers present. However, two Eternal Soldiers in the same location are able to use each other's bonus.
