Way of the Porpoise is a buffing spell.

When this spell is cast, you are able to swim through any water easily for the duration of the spell's effect (15 minutes). Be warned, however, that if the spell wears off while you are in the water and you do not know how to swim, you will only tread water for 15 minutes before drowning. You must recast the spell to avoid drowning.
