Webster Oil

Webster Oil is a large, multi-national energy corporation who maintains several oil rigs in the Saint Germaine Principality. "Webster Oil" is not a neighborhood per se, but can be considered one for territorial purposes.

The Webster Oil rigs are located in the Caivan Sea, to the extreme South-East of Saint Germaine Island. There are five oil rigs in total.

The oil rigs are each 1 square in size and are marked as type Oil Rig. They are located at: 91,62; 83,65; 77,69; 84,72; and 92,71.
[edit] Historical Background
Oil was first discovered off the coast of Saint Germaine Island in 1947. For a time, the oil industry in the Principality was state run, but after the Second Democratic Uprising (and the institution of a more capitalist-friendly economy), the fledgling Parliament chose to lease the rights to the sea's oil to the highest bidder - in this case, Webster Oil and Energy, Incorporated.
Since 1970, Webster Oil and Energy, Inc. has managed and maintained the oil production within the Principality.

The Salty Dogs, a group of piratical Elementalists and demons, have laid claim to the Oil Rigs, and can often be found patrolling them for interlopers.
